​Jack Williams is aboriginal and is a Moose Cree First Nation member. Jack has an excellent Safety and Adult Education background, including being an instructor with St John's Ambulance since 2004 and many other safety courses that any project requires; ​CPR & Frist Aid, (instructor), WHMIS (Train the Trainer), TDG, Safety Orientations, etc.

Jack is very well known for his safety knowledge and training in the area. He has also written Health and Safety policies for many First Nations and Organizations. Including writing and publishing a book titled ​" Life in the James Bay Area ".
